Once the illustrations/designs have been approved, I will produce the final versions. If any changes need to be made, please let me know by describing your changes clearly.
Please note changes to the design can be completed faster at the sketch stage than colour. I understand, that there may be some small changes and will accommodate these within the agreed fee. Please note major changes may result in additional charges which I will advise you of before commencing the amendments.
Approval and Payment
On approval of the work, a high resolution file will be emailed to you. In addition, a CD of the file can be posted for a small fee to cover p&p. The original may be posted by negotiation.
Once the work has been delivered, we will send an invoice as pdf attached to an email or by post if requested. My payment terms are within 30 days, upon receipt of payment the licence to use the work passes to you.
NB the briefing section is intended as a guideline to help you and should not be taken as an absolute. Each job can vary enormously and I will be pleased to adapt to your project on an individual basis.
